The role requires the invidiual to have a strong entreprenuer mindset who will help track the partners, connect with founders, conduct deal and valuation analysis and perform basic end to end principal functions. The role will require to help work with the portfolio companies and work closely with the partners. The role itslef will also fastrack into a partner role quickly.
