The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling up and organizing an unorganized organization, and will be able to drive growth and profitability for the company.</div> <div>Responsibilities:</div> <div>- Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive growth and profitability for the company<br /> - Define the Vision, Mission and Goals of the company.&nbsp;<br /> - Define the Short Term, Mid Term and Long Term goals of the company.&nbsp;<br /> - Manage all departments and functions, including sales, marketing, operations, finance, and HR<br /> - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and investors<br /> - Ensure that the company is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations<br /> - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company&#39;s reach and revenue streams<br /> - Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity across the organization<br /> - Manage the company&#39;s budget and financial performance, and report regularly to the board of directors<br /> - Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of employees<br /> - Represent the company at industry events and conferences</div> <div>Requirements:</div> <div>- Bachelor&#39;s degree in business administration, management, or a related field<br /> - Proven track record of success as a CEO or business head, with experience scaling up and organizing an unorganized organization<br /> - Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team<br /> - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders<br /> - Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective business strategies<br /> - Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and financial performance<br /> - Knowledge of the jewellery/ fashion industry is a plus</div> <div>If you are interested in this position, please submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.
