Job Description – Store Manager<br /> Everyday Diamonds, Indiranagar 12th Main (Bangalore)**<br /> Role: Store Manager<br /> Location: Indiranagar, 12th Main, Bangalore<br /> Working Days: 6 days/week (Rotational Off)<br /> About the Role<br /> We are looking for a Store Manager to handle daily store operations, manage sales, and lead<br /> two Sales Executives at our Indiranagar outlet.<br /> Responsibilities<br /> ● Manage the store’s day-to-day operations.<br /> ● Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships.<br /> ● Drive sales targets and ensure a good customer experience.<br /> ● Lead, train, and monitor two Sales Executives.<br /> ● Report daily performance and store updates to senior management.<br /> ● Ensure the store is well-maintained and aligned with brand standards.<br /> Requirements<br /> ● 3–6 years of experience in retail sales (jewellery/luxury/premium retail preferred).<br /> ● Experience handling a small team.<br /> ● Strong communication and customer handling skills.<br /> ● Able to manage the store independently.
