Grow annual revenue from ₹3 crores to ₹150+ crores by end of year three.<br />

Lead operations & team at 50+ branded clinics in 40+ cities of India<br />
b.<br />
Acquire & retain 1 million customers<br />
2.<br />
Achieve EBITDA margin of 30% by the end of year three<br />
a.<br />
Make each clinic profitable within 3 months from launch<br />
3.<br />
Build topgrade “operations” organization by end of year one<br />
a.<br />
Hire 250+ people for EBO operations team by end of year three<br />
b.<br />
Ensure consistency in customer experience across 1 million customers<br />
4.<br />
Deliver monthly sales forecast reports that are 90% accurate<br />
5.<br />
Develop standard operating procedures (SOP), operating manual and upskill training program to achieve clinic service excellence<br />
6.<br />
Create customer centric service-focus organization culture</div>

<div>10+ years track record in operations with global EBO (Exclusive Brand Outlets)<br />

Candidates with experience in EBO of healthcare, especially fertility or other chain of clinics preferred<br />
●<br />
Core skills required - Hustler & methodical in managing multi-city EBO operations and large teams<br />
●<br />
Has the knack to work directly with founders & investors<br />
●<br />
Ability to undertake PnL accountability. Thrives in an ambiguous business environment</div>
