Lead operations of a nation-wide chain of fertility clinics. Acquire & retain customers in clinics to establish a steady revenue stream. Hire, train, lead 3 team sets - Doctors, Operations managers, Support staff

 

1.
Grow annual revenue from ₹3 crores to ₹150+ crores by end of year three.

Lead operations & team at 50+ branded clinics in 40+ cities of India
b.
Acquire & retain 1 million customers
2.
Achieve EBITDA margin of 30% by the end of year three
a.
Make each clinic profitable within 3 months from launch
3.
Build topgrade “operations” organization by end of year one
a.
Hire 250+ people for EBO operations team by end of year three
b.
Ensure consistency in customer experience across 1 million customers
4.
Deliver monthly sales forecast reports that are 90% accurate
5.
Develop standard operating procedures (SOP), operating manual and upskill training program to achieve clinic service excellence
6.
Create customer centric service-focus organization culture

 

Candidature requirements

 

10+ years track record in operations with global EBO (Exclusive Brand Outlets)
●
Candidates with experience in EBO of healthcare, especially fertility or other chain of clinics preferred
●
Core skills required - Hustler & methodical in managing multi-city EBO operations and large teams
●
Has the knack to work directly with founders & investors
●
Ability to undertake PnL accountability. Thrives in an ambiguous business environment
