SAP CRM Technical Consultant

Job Summary

As an SAP CRM Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and developing SAP CRM solutions, implementing full cycle CRM projects, and optimizing SAP CRM middleware. Your role will involve configuring CRM systems to meet business requirements, developing OData services and webservices, and resolving complex technical issues. You will collaborate with distributed teams to deliver effective technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop SAP CRM solutions.
  • Implement and manage full cycle CRM projects.
  • Debug and optimize SAP CRM middleware.
  • Configure CRM systems to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and enhance OData services and webservices.
  • Utilize enhancement frameworks and BADIs for custom solutions.
  • Resolve complex technical issues independently.
  • Write and validate technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with distributed teams and environments.
  • Present technical solutions effectively.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in SAP CRM Design and Development.
  • 3+ full cycle implementations as a CRM Technical Consultant.
  • Proficient in Web UI and BOL Programming.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP CRM Middleware and debugging skills.
  • Experience with CRM Configuration.
  • Experience in OData Services and Webservices.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Enhancement Framework.
  • Proficient in BADIs and Interface Programming.
  • Demonstrable experience in Performance Tuning.
  • Proven experience with ALE, EDI, IDocs, BAPI, RFCs, ABAP Proxies.
  • SAP CRM Certification (preferred).
  • Functional area knowledge in services (preferred).
  • Experience in the utilities domain (preferred).
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience in the utilities domain.

Experience

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a SAP CRM Technical Consultant.
  • At least 3 full cycle SAP CRM implementations.

Environment

  • Location: Hyderabad
  • Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
