About your Role:
We’re looking for someone who has worked in the past with (or at) travel retailers such as TRS, TFS, HMS Host, Litebite Foods, Flemingo International, TajSats, etc.
Key responsibilities include:
- Growing presence of TWT products at all airports Pan India – either by increasing number of stores or by getting more share of shelf in existing stores.
- Crack 1 airline partnership for The Whole Truth. (In-Flight Menu, Meal Trays, Refreshment for Crew, etc.)
- Own and manage PnL of all key accounts – driving top line and bottom line objectives for the business.
- Ability to forecast sales over a short to medium term horizon and ensure delivery of sales targets month on month.
- Ensure good availability of stock at stores while maintaining business hygiene at all times – favourable TOTs (terms of trade) and margin structures, availability of offtakes data, and timely collection of receivables from all accounts.
- Tracking of competition inputs – on pack, pricing and placement at airport retailers.
- Work with cross-functional teams internally to ensure in getting the right product mix for airports.
- Knowledge about airport retail in India
- Understanding of FMCG in Retail (preferably food)
- Strong network of connections at companies that run retail stores at the airports
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Knowledge about B2B partnerships and Account Management
