Job Summary
The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for owning and scaling D’YOU’s influencer marketing initiatives within the Beauty & Personal Care industry. The role involves building a robust influencer ecosystem, developing innovative campaigns, and driving meaningful brand and business outcomes through strategic creator partnerships. The manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth through influencer collaborations.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end influencer marketing strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Identify, build and manage relationships with relevant influencers and creators across beauty and lifestyle communities.
- Develop and execute influencer campaigns aligned with product launches and brand goals.
- Manage campaign planning, briefing, negotiation, execution, and reporting to ensure successful delivery and measurable results.
- Collaborate closely with the brand, creative, social, and performance marketing teams to integrate influencer initiatives.
- Build and maintain a strong creator network across relevant beauty and lifestyle platforms.
- Track campaign performance metrics and derive insights to optimize ROI and engagement.
- Manage influencer budgets, ensuring efficient spend and resource allocation.
- Stay updated on emerging creators, platforms, formats, and trends to keep campaigns innovative and relevant.
- Explore User-Generated Content (UGC) and creator-led content opportunities to enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within Beauty & Personal Care, FMCG, or consumer brands.
- Strong existing influencer/creator network, particularly in beauty and lifestyle sectors.
- Hands-on experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Solid understanding of influencer metrics, campaign reporting, and performance analysis.
- Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making.
- Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
