Requirements:
● Experience: 4-5 years of experience working in the influencer industry
● Must be based out of or okay in relocating to Gurgaon
● Good to have: Previously worked as a co founder or the head of talent at a leading influencer marketing agency
● Leadership: Prior experience in leading a team of 5-7 people and partnered with videographers, photographers, stylists etc.
● Has managed celebrities, Cat A to Cat C creators in the industry
● Keen understanding on technology and how one can implement tech into exclusive talent management
● Has worked with celebrities for end to end talent management and understand content creation and market trends
● Has successfully managed the P&L for exclusive creator and talent management
● Understand the content aesthetic and is able to find micro creators to grow them from a business point of view
● Knowledge of how top social networks operate eg. Instagram, Youtube, Tik Tok, etc
