If you love start ups, a really fast paced environment with lots of action and the opportunity to create India&#39;s new gen disruptive brands, then click away and get set to propel your career to greater heights.</p> <p>THE ROLE</p> <p>As the HR Lead, you will be required to assist with the recruitment process right from listing vacancies to closing the position, new hire orientation, developing and maintaining employee policies, organise team building events, etc. The successful candidate will be able to efficiently multi-task across these roles and will be pivotal in providing support to the founders.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Facilitate talent acquisition processes from JD preparation to recruitment and terminations.<br /> Draft and update documents such as employee handbook, performance appraisal forms, leave policies and other HR related documents.<br /> Issue offer letters, confirmation letters, etc and update payroll systems with details of all new joiners. Manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs, learning and development. Formulate and establish as needed new policies/guidelines to facilitate progression in the organizations.<br /> Initiate and implement innovative team building and collaborative initiatives.<br /> Work closely with the management team across verticals to prepare strategies befitting personnel such as performance appraisals/incentive scheme, learning &amp; development activities, benefits, contracts, entitlements, career path, etc.<br /> Arrange and coordinate staff travels and travel reimbursement procedures.<br /> Maintain relations and communicate with third-party providers to ensure provision of office management essentials.<br /> Overview office necessities and ensure adequate management of certain requirements (supplies, repairs, etc.</p> <p>REQUIREMENTS</p> </div> <div> <div> <p>At least 3-4 years of professional experience of progressive and hands-on Human Resources and Administrative functions.<br /> Possess working knowledge and be current with all relevant employment related laws, compensations, planning and development, and overall administration.</p> </div> </div> <div> <div> <p>Excellent multitasking, coordinating, and interpersonal skills.<br /> Must be accurate and efficient, high energy, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.</p> </div> </div>
