Role: Manager - Business Finance/FP&A

About the Role:

You will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis,

month-end reporting and supporting the set-up of business processes and control.

Lead preparation of annual/quarterly/monthly business plan and monitor business performance

against plan.

Collaborate with Business leaders and align with business objectives and support business

decisions.

Develop and implement strong financial controls and processes for improved financial reporting

and analysis to support decision-making.

Prepare and present monthly financial updates to key stakeholders, providing insights on financial

performance and trends.

Support in month-end book closure activities.

Who is the best fit?

A Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-5 years of experience. Big4 Articleship and industry

experience is highly desirable.

System experience - MS-Excel, Powerpoint, Google sheet and ERP systems preferably Net-suite or

any advanced EPR system.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
