Role & responsibilities

1 ) Raise capital (Debt and Equity) for the various projects of the Company

2) Ensure compliance with financial institutions and regulatory authorities

3) Manage and forecast Company's cashflows

4) Ensure timely reporting to the Company's Board of Directors

5) Prepare short and long-term strategy along with the CEO

6)Design and Implement financial control systems for the Company

7) Assist in financial, legal and technical due diligence of the projects that the company intends to undertake

8) Oversee the implementation of the Company's strategic initiatives
