Job Summary
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) plays a pivotal role in the strategic oversight and overall management of company operations. Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of day-to-day operations to ensure efficient processes across all business functions.
- Streamline operational workflows to enhance productivity and cost-efficiency while executing aligned business strategies to assess and mitigate operational risks effectively.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, AMFI guidelines, and other statutory requirements, working closely with the compliance team to address audit findings.
- Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to develop and execute long-term strategies, expanding market presence and improving operational capabilities.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, market, and compliance risks as per the risk management framework, ensuring business continuity and disaster recovery plans are in place.
- Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, providing timely operational updates and supporting governance of SEBI/AMFI compliance.
- Enhance digital platforms and processes across departments, overseeing cybersecurity measures and maintaining the technology infrastructure.
Qualifications

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Desired professional qualifications include FRM (Financial Risk Manager), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), CA (Chartered Accountant), or MBA from a reputed institute.

Experience:
- 18+ years of post-qualification work experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management position.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a strong managerial and leadership acumen.

- Expertise in data analysis and forecasting techniques for informed decision-making.
