We’re looking for a meticulous and curious Financial Reporting Associate to join EQT’s high-performing

Reporting team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring transparent, high-quality

reporting for EQT’s global investors — directly supporting the trust and integrity that underpin our investment

About the role

As a Reporting Associate, you will support and develop the reporting capabilities of EQT and play a critical

role in investor reporting. The team covers EQT’s diverse investment strategies, including Private Equity,

Infrastructure, and Early Stage investments, and works cross-functionally with investment teams and Fund

Operations. With team members located in Stockholm and Luxembourg, we collaborate globally to maintain

high-quality reporting processes.

You will join the EQT Fund Operations Reporting team in Bengaluru. The team is in charge of issuing all

client reports, regulatory and bespoke reporting. You should have the ability to travel and perform training in

Luxembourg.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver quarterly investor and internal reports (TER, AuM) with accuracy and

timeliness

Manage regulatory reporting processes (Mifid EMT, PRIIPs/Kid, TPT, Solvency II, Annex IV, CSSF)

and ensure compliance standards are met

Support transformation initiatives within Fund Operations to enhance reporting and accounting

processes

Partner with service providers and cross-functional teams across Fund Operations and EQT globally

Safeguard the integrity and quality of all reporting deliverables

Contribute expertise on fund industry practices, regulations, and fund management

Take ownership of ad hoc projects and queries that drive team growth and organizational prioritiesAbout you

You’re analytical, detail-oriented, and driven by accuracy. You take initiative, collaborate well with others, and

want to continuously develop in a stimulating, international environment. You enjoy working with data and

you’re always one step ahead in ensuring quality and integrity.

Desired Skills and Experience

University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

2–3 years of relevant experience in Audit (Big 4 or equivalent), Accounting, or Project Management,

ideally in an international setting

Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and numbers

Fluent in English, spoken and written

Experience with portfolio valuation or working within private equity is considered a strong advantage

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a collaborative team player with a straightforward,

down-to-earth style

Reliable, energetic, and flexible; able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments

Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Proactive and driven, with a “can-do” mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality results

Eager to learn, grow, and continuously improve
