Job Summary

As a Business Development Trainee at Bhanzu, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach by identifying and engaging potential customers, collaborating with marketing teams, and building strong client relationships. This entry-level position is ideal for self-driven individuals eager to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and contribute to the growth of an innovative education company.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers through thorough market research and proactive cold calling.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to efficiently follow up on leads generated through various channels.
  • Effectively communicate product features and benefits to prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving market demands.
  • Take responsibility for day-to-day activities and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications

Salary

  • Stipend during training period: ₹18,000 per month
  • Post-training package: ₹3.6 LPA (₹36,000 per month, subject to successful completion of training)
  • Salary range: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (depending on progression and role fit)
