National Program Head - TASC & Corporate

Company Overview

Job Summary

We are seeking a National Program Head – TASC & Corporate Channel to build, launch, and scale TASC & Corporate investment business. This is a 0→1 role that demands a strong mix of strategic product design, program development, and on-ground execution.

Responsibilities

  • Product & Program Design:

    • Define the ideal TASC & Corporate investment product suite - fixed deposits, bonds, and structured yield products aligned to entity needs and compliance frameworks.
    • Design the TASC & Corporate onboarding, KYC, and investment flow in partnership with Product, Operations, and Compliance teams.
    • Build the support & servicing architecture encompassing account management and post-investment engagement.
    • Identify gaps in existing product-market fit and collaborate with banking/NBFC partners for co-created solutions.
  • Team Building:

    • Define the organizational and reporting structure for the TASC & Corporate Acquisition team.
    • Assemble the TASC & Corporate Acquisition Team at both city and national levels.
    • Set clear channel objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics associated with investment AUM and acquisition goals.
    • Create the sales playbook, training modules, and partner engagement frameworks for scalability.
  • Strategic Execution:

    • Develop partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and institutions to source and distribute fixed income instruments suited for TASC/Corporate investors.
    • Implement a data-driven acquisition model and CRM strategy to monitor relationships and conversions.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Tech to ensure seamless execution.
    • Manage P&L for the TASC & Corporate channel and consistently deliver AUM growth.
  • Program Design:

    • Develop comprehensive acquisition and servicing processes for TASC & Corporate.
    • Create CRM workflows, approval matrices, and service SLAs.
    • Set up dashboards for visibility on pipeline, AUM, and conversion rates.
  • Direct Sales & Customer Experience:

    • Lead customer meetings to secure major accounts.
    • Ensure top-tier NPS with zero-defect KYC/documentation, quick turnaround times, and clear communication.
  • Data, Reporting & Collaboration:

    • Track inputs and outputs across leads, meetings, commitments, investments, and renewals.
    • Publish weekly/monthly performance dashboards, flagging risks early and proposing solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years in Corporate Liabilities / TASC / Institutional Banking / Treasury Sales / Corporate Distribution in leading banks or fintechs.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in setting up or scaling a business line or channel from inception.
  • Sales Process Mastery: Strong command of sales processes, CRM, funnel metrics, and on-ground execution.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
  • Language: Fluency in English and a local language.

  • Founder mindset with high ownership; ability to thrive in the field (70-80% on-ground work).
  • Excellent negotiation, closing, and partner management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable using CRM tools.
  • Flexibility to manage weekend drives/events as necessary.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills—both internal and external.

Experience

10+ years of relevant experience in related fields, showcasing a capability to establish and scale operations effectively.

Environment

This role will be based in Bangalore, requiring significant on-ground engagement with teams and clients across various locations. A blend of office and field work is expected.
