Job Summary
The AVP Global Business leads international relations with global business partners, including B2B distribution partners and brand owners introduced to India. This role is pivotal for owning the P&L for these business lines and achieving annual targets. The AVP will also develop line plans and go-to-market strategies for various territories while working cross-functionally with departments such as product, supply chain, operations, and finance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage international relations with B2B distribution partners and brand owners.
- Own the P&L for global business lines and set annual targets.
- Develop line plans and go-to-market strategies tailored to each territory.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, supply chain, operations, and finance departments to enhance global business operations.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on key performance indicators.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to foster teamwork and motivation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 2-4 years of experience in consulting or a related field.
- Strong analytic skill set with the ability to interpret key performance indicators.
- Proficiency in managing brand/territory P&Ls and excellent communication skills.
- Capable of presenting to various levels within the organization and to customers.
- Goal-oriented, confident, and able to thrive under pressure in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
