Job Summary

The Application Administrator will focus on analyzing, developing, and operating workflows in an agile environment. This role requires direct engagement with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and provide innovative solutions tailored to their needs. The administrator will be responsible for designing and implementing changes that support business objectives while ensuring process and workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain contract templates within the Agiloft low-code platform.
• Plan, align with internal customers, implement solution design and integration, and maintain customer demands.
• Collect, analyze, align, prioritize, and bundle customer requirements.
• Configure workflows, business rules, and user interface components to enhance the user experience.
• Integrate the platform with enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, and e-signature tools.
• Ensure seamless data flow between contract management and other business applications.
• Develop APIs or utilize built-in connectors to enhance platform capabilities.
• Optimize contract lifecycle automation for efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with various customers and partners across different countries within the Siemens organization.
• Establish best practices for low-code design, scalability, and security.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in low-code platforms, specifically Agiloft.
• Strong understanding of workflow design and process optimization.
• Experience in API development and integration with enterprise systems.
• Excellent analytical skills for collecting and prioritizing customer requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of best practices in application design, security, and scalability.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an international team environment.
• Educational qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with contract management processes and tools.
• Experience using CRM and ERP systems in integration scenarios.
• Knowledge of agile project management methodologies.

Experience

• Relevant experience in application administration or a similar role is preferred.
• Experience working with low-code platforms and enterprise integrations.
