<div>We are looking for a sales rockstar who can expand XSEED school partnerships in target geography and independently launch clusters. The person will be responsible for influencing senior Management as well as Academicians, in a highly competitive market.</div>

<div>The Job: ● Build a deep understanding of XSEED product proposition and the overall school education market ● Identify opportunities in target geography and surrounding areas in order to build a robust pipeline of prospect schools and own the pitching to onboarding journey ● Be the “Face of XSEED” by living our values and nurture relationships with prospect school Management (“Business Owners”) ● Attend promotional and networking events in the target geography to improve XSEED’s brand presence ● Deliver consistently exceeding sales closures month-on-month ● Collaborate with internal functions in order to complete the implementation and ensure collections, in a timely manner</div>

<div>The Person</div>
<div>● 3+ years of experience selling to enterprises / large SMEs / educational institutions ● Exceptional communication + presentation skills and very high level of energy, integrity and perseverance ● Prior experience in an expansion / city launch role in a startup is preferred</div>
