Our team includes seasoned accountants with Big4 experience and lawyers with BigLaw expertise, delivering high-quality services tailored to startups. By leveraging technology, particularly AI-driven workflows, we ensure our solutions remain affordable and efficient for founders. As a team member, you will collaborate with cross-functional groups to analyze various document sources and structures, such as extracting clauses from legal documents. Your role will involve extracting information from these documents in a format suitable for training models. This will include leveraging open-source technologies and integrating third-party solutions via APIs. You will take ownership of the design, implementation, and scalability of the modules you manage. Requirements: Key Responsibilities: 1. Analyze diverse document structures and sources, including extracting clauses from legal documents. 2. Develop and maintain full-stack applications to extract and process information from documents (PDF and Word) using AI and NLP techniques . 3. Build and integrate back-end systems, focusing on data pipelines and document processing workflows. 4. Leverage cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) to deploy, monitor, and optimize applications. 5. Conduct experiments, analyze results, and improve models accuracy.. 6. Work closely with leadership to design, plan, and improve the product. Required Qualification 1. 2–3 years of relevant experience - NLP techniques for extracting data from unstructured documents (e.g., PDFs, Word files). 2. Strong expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms. 3. Experience building minimal UIs using front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular). 4. Proficiency in Java, Go, or Python for back-end development. 5. Knowledge of building and deploying applications on cloud platforms (e.g. AWS). 6. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field from a Tier-1 institute. 7. Self-starter with strong communication skills and a growth mindset. What is on offer: 1.
