<div>SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE</div> <div> <h3>Requirements</h3> Everyday:  <ul> <li dir="ltr"> Do thorough research on your Inbound leads to enable personalized messaging for your buyers. You will be enabled by LDRs to categorize top intent vs low intent buyers.  </li> <li dir="ltr"> Rigorously prospect and generate qualified new business opportunities to fuel Sales pipeline growth.  </li> <li dir="ltr"> Strike and initiate conversations with decision makers and high-level influencers within the companies you are prospecting to.   </li> <li dir="ltr"> Come up with creative emails, LinkedIn outreach and call scripts to experiment on the sales sequence and draw more attention from your prospects.  </li> <li dir="ltr"> Crush your Quota month on month. </li> </ul> What makes you a right fit?    <ul> <li dir="ltr"> 2+ years of experience in B2B Software Sales Prospecting and Pipeline building roles.   </li> <li dir="ltr"> Excellent verbal and written communication skills.   </li> <li dir="ltr"> Strong understanding of prospecting and creativity in building sequences that can land high conversion rates.   </li> </ul> <ul> <li dir="ltr"> Strong aptitude and curiosity to learn new technologies.  </li> <li dir="ltr"> Consistent success with Quota attainment.   </li> <li dir="ltr"> Organized and strong time management and organization skills.   </li> <li dir="ltr"> Ability to handle rejections and stay focused and driven.   </li> <li dir="ltr"> Ability to multi-task and manage your time effectively.   </li> </ul> <ul> <li dir="ltr"> Open to work in the US Shift (6pm to 3am IST) , </li> <li dir="ltr"> Ability to work in a fast paced and agile culture.   </li> </ul> </div>
