Job Summary

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform to support business growth and enhance productivity. This role is integral to delivering high-quality customer experiences and achieving the organization’s objectives through effective use of Salesforce technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions to meet client requirements.
• Implement Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) for enhanced user interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Perform system testing and debugging of Salesforce applications to ensure functionality and performance.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Salesforce applications to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, particularly with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Proficiency in Salesforce LWC and customization of Salesforce applications.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Apex and Visualforce.
• Familiarity with integration of third-party applications with Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud and associated technologies.

Environment

This position is based in Hyderabad, with opportunities to work in a hybrid setup depending on project needs and company policy.
