Job Description
<div>Job Title: Executive Assistant for founder’s office<br />
Job Summary:<br />
The Executive Assistant to the Founders is responsible for providing high-level administrative and<br />
organizational support to the Founders. This role requires exceptional organizational,<br />
communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive and confidential<br />
information.<br />

<div>Key Responsibilities:<br />
1. Calendar Management:<br />
a. Manage the Founders complex schedule, including appointments, meetings,<br />
and travel arrangements.<br />
b. Prioritize and coordinate the founder's time to ensure maximum efficiency.<br />
2. Travel Arrangements:<br />
a. Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels,<br />
transportation, and itineraries.<br />
b. Prepare travel expense reports.<br />
3. Communication:<br />
a. Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence for the Founders.<br />
b. Draft, edit, and proofread documents, letters, and reports on behalf of the Founders.<br />
4. Administrative Support:<br />
a. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and document<br />
management.<br />
b. Manage and track expense reports and reimbursements.<br />
5. Confidentiality:<br />
a. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and<br />
professionalism.<br />
b. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and trustworthiness.<br />
6. Project Management & Assistance:<br />
a. Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis as required by the Founders.<br />
b. Help manage and track key initiatives and projects.<br />
7. Stakeholder Liaison:<br />
a. Serve as a point of contact between the Founders and internal and external<br />
stakeholders.<br />
b. Build and maintain relationships with key partners, clients, and board members.<br />
8. Meeting and Event Coordination:</div>
<div>a. Schedule, coordinate, and prepare materials for executive meetings and events.<br />
b. Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.</div>
<div>Qualifications:<br />
● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.<br />
● Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, supporting high-level<br />
executives.<br />
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br />
● Exceptional organizational and time management skills.<br />
● Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to<br />
work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.<br />
● Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost<br />
professionalism.<br />
