Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:<br /> Customer Acquisition (Paid Media)<br /><br /> Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube), and other relevant channels.<br /><br /> Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnel strategies to reduce CAC and drive ROAS.<br /><br /> Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and media planning with performance targets in mind.<br /> Customer Retention & CRM<br /><br /> Own the CRM calendar, creating lifecycle campaigns via email, SMS, and push notifications.<br /><br /> Set up and optimize marketing automation journeys using platforms like Klaviyo, WebEngage, or similar.<br /><br /> Leverage customer data for segmentation, personalization, and increasing CLTV.<br /> Shopify & Conversion Optimization<br /><br /> Work with the Shopify site for campaign landing page creation, product optimization, and promotional flows.<br /><br /> Collaborate with developers/designers to improve site experience and funnel efficiency.<br /><br /> Monitor and analyse user behaviour using tools like GA4, Hotjar, and Shopify Analytics.<br /> Qualifications & Key Capabilities<br /><br /> 2–6 years of experience in D2C growth, performance marketing, or eCommerce marketing.<br /><br /> Proven track record of running acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.<br /><br /> Hands-on experience with CRM tools and building retention automations.<br /><br /> Basic working knowledge of Shopify (including apps, themes, and integrations).<br /><br /> Strong analytical skills – able to use data to make decisions and drive insights.<br /><br /> A self-starter with a bias for action, experimentation, and continuous learning.
