Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition (Paid Media)
•
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube), and other relevant channels.
•
Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnel strategies to reduce CAC and drive ROAS.
•
Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and media planning with performance targets in mind.
Customer Retention & CRM
•
Own the CRM calendar, creating lifecycle campaigns via email, SMS, and push notifications.
•
Set up and optimize marketing automation journeys using platforms like Klaviyo, WebEngage, or similar.
•
Leverage customer data for segmentation, personalization, and increasing CLTV.
Shopify & Conversion Optimization
•
Work with the Shopify site for campaign landing page creation, product optimization, and promotional flows.
•
Collaborate with developers/designers to improve site experience and funnel efficiency.
•
Monitor and analyse user behaviour using tools like GA4, Hotjar, and Shopify Analytics.
Qualifications & Key Capabilities
•
2–6 years of experience in D2C growth, performance marketing, or eCommerce marketing.
•
Proven track record of running acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.
•
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and building retention automations.
•
Basic working knowledge of Shopify (including apps, themes, and integrations).
•
Strong analytical skills – able to use data to make decisions and drive insights.
•
A self-starter with a bias for action, experimentation, and continuous learning.
