In this role, you&rsquo;ll edit&nbsp;<strong data-end="410" data-start="365">high-conversion performance marketing ads</strong>&nbsp;and create engaging&nbsp;<strong data-end="459" data-start="431">brand and social content</strong>&nbsp;including reels, founder videos, testimonials, behind-the-scenes, and journey stories. We&rsquo;re looking for someone with&nbsp;<strong data-end="612" data-start="578">3+ years of editing experience</strong>, strong&nbsp;<strong data-end="650" data-start="621">After Effects (must-have)</strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong data-end="671" data-start="655">Premiere Pro</strong>&nbsp;skills, a sharp eye for&nbsp;<strong data-end="737" data-start="696">hooks, pacing, sound, and visual flow</strong>, and comfort working in a&nbsp;<strong data-end="816" data-start="764">fast-paced, experiment-heavy startup environment</strong>. The team follows a&nbsp;<strong data-end="865" data-start="837">joyful, honest, and fast</strong>&nbsp;way of working, operates&nbsp;<strong data-end="923" data-start="891">6 days a week (Saturday WFH)</strong>, and the role reports into the&nbsp;<strong data-end="970" data-start="955">Growth Lead</strong>.&nbsp;</p>
