Job Summary We are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the recruitment process for restaurant and support functions. The role involves hands-on sourcing, coordination, and selection to ensure we hire the right talent for our growing operations. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurant-level positions (Chefs, Captains, Stewards, Service, Housekeeping, etc.) • Source and shortlist candidates through portals, LinkedIn, and internal referrals • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with outlet and departmental heads • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely reporting • Support onboarding and joining documentation • Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for recurring roles Desired Candidate Profile • 2–3 years of recruitment experience (preferably in hospitality or F&B) • Excellent sourcing and coordination skills • Strong communication and follow-up abilities • Comfortable managing multiple requirements simultaneously • Proficient in MS Excel and recruitment tools Education • Graduate or Postgraduate in HR or related field
