Job Summary

As the Senior Growth Manager for India, you will be instrumental in driving user acquisition and leading our growth strategy. This leadership role encompasses creative strategy, data-driven decision-making, and execution, with complete ownership of growth metrics in a dynamic and high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Charge on User Acquisition: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy across paid and organic channels to rapidly scale the user base.
  • Build and Mentor a High-Performing Team: Guide and inspire a team focusing on performance marketing, affiliate marketing, SEO/ASO, and strategic partnerships.
  • Master the Growth Playbook: Create and implement a data-driven growth plan, balancing long-term brand building with immediate, high-impact wins to meet and exceed targets.
  • Innovate and Experiment: Continuously ideate, test, and scale unconventional acquisition channels to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Champion a Data-First Approach: Utilize quantitative A/B testing results alongside qualitative user research to inform and validate marketing decisions.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, product, and tech teams to create a seamless and powerful growth loop.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier institution.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical and data skills with the ability to optimize every stage of the funnel.
  • A consumer-obsessed mindset with a deep desire to understand Indian consumer behavior.
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • A passion for technology products and the digital content landscape.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in user acquisition for Over-The-Top (OTT), Gaming, or Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands.
  • Background in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) brand marketing is a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a high-growth startup or technology environment.
