<p dir="ltr">Finance Head About Drip Capital Drip Capital is a high-growth FinTech focused on the $5T global SME cross-border trade industry. Role specifications The Finance Head position is responsible for designing the financial strategy while ensuring top and bottom-line growth for Drip Capital. The position will contribute to the Drip’s overall growth strategy and will be an integral part of Drip’s Leadership team. The position reports to the CEO and Founder, Pushkar Mukewar. The position is based out of Mumbai, India. Responsibilities include: ● Company Financial Strategy o Partner with Leadership on Financial and Strategic Initiatives to grow business o Evaluate Organizational Capital Structure and drive Fundraising Activities, Cap Table Management, Investor Management, and Related Board Work o Drive initiatives such as cost reduction, price improvements and others to improve financial performance of the organization ● Manage Financial Operations o Through robust financial budgeting, forecasting, and reporting ensure transparency and accessibility of financial reports for leadership, CEO and Board o Establish and track operational metrics in an centralized manner o Build the systems and processes to support and scale organizational growth ● Maintaining Internal and External Controls o Ensure adequate controls are in place and operational to enable Drip to efficiently and effectively pass third-party audit and financial scrutiny o Drive preparation annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and other Indian and International standards. o Maintain controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the organization o Effectively communicate and present critical financial matters to Drip Leadership and the Board of Directors. ● Contribute to Company Strategy o Develop strong partnerships with leaders across functional areas within Drip o Provide effective and credible approaches to achieve financial objectives along with trusted practical advice and support to drive Drip’s business objectives o Contribute in building Drip and taking it to the next level of growth ● Team management o Build an inclusive, happy and high performance work culture at Drip o Mentor and coach the 8+ member team to deliver meaningful results What we look for: ● Background o 15+ years of total operational/FP&A experience with demonstrated success in a high-growth start-up environment o Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or MBA are highly preferred o Experience with financing solutions, specifically NBFC organizations o Experience leading fundraising rounds preferred with experience working in venture-backed or private equity funded businesses ● Skills o Excel in the ability to translate complex matters in a clear and articulate manner o High ownership with bias towards execution combining planning with action to achieve set goals o Entrepreneurial mindset with focus on building a great team, culture and company o Humble, open to feedback and collaborative o Strong team player with ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups o Ability to lead a team to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment</p>
