Job Description

  • Brand Strategy Development
    • Design and implement brand strategies that align with Brindco’s vision and market demands.
    • Define brand positioning and value propositions that resonate with target consumers and trade partners (e.g., retailers, HoReCa).
    • Monitor brand health, ensuring alignment with sales, marketing, and distribution goals.
  • Marketing & Activation
    • Create impactful marketing campaigns and materials (digital, print, POS, etc.).
    • Oversee product launches and consumer promotions in collaboration with sales, distribution, and agency partners.
    • Manage brand communications, messaging, and storytelling across touchpoints (multimedia, content, PR, sponsorship, etc).
  • Market & Consumer Insights
    • Conduct market research and consumer analytics to identify trends, competitor moves, and growth opportunities.
    • Evaluate performance via metrics (sales, market share, ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Coordinate with supply chain, sales, finance, and procurement teams for seamless brand execution.
    • Work with international suppliers to align product requirements, packaging, and promotional support.
  • Trade & Distribution Engagement
    • Support field sales teams with brand training, storytelling, and merchandising tools.
    • Monitor on-ground execution across key channels—retail, modern trade, and HoReCa—for visual excellence and activation quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Significant years in brand management—ideally within alcoholic beverages, FMCG, or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Strong marketing, communication, and analytical capabilities.
  • Proficiency in budget planning, P&L, and campaign ROI assessments.
Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
