Job Summary

As the Cluster Head for Middle Mile operations, you will play a crucial role in managing the onboarding and training of partners while overseeing operations in the entire Rajasthan cluster. This position involves regular visits to various facilities to ensure compliance and to drive key operational metrics, aligning with Meesho’s goals of reshaping logistics and enhancing the e-commerce experience for users.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding and training of new partners for Middle Mile operations.
• Identify and onboard new partners onto the network on an ongoing basis.
• Track and manage the performance of different partners within your cluster.
• Conduct facility audits and address operational gaps through facility visits.
• Ensure compliance with operational processes and standards.
• Drive key operational metrics end-to-end and achieve established performance targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in the e-commerce logistics domain, with a focus on Middle Mile operations.
• Demonstrated experience in partner onboarding and training in Middle Mile and sorting operations.
• Familiarity with the geographic area and prior experience in a similar capacity is a plus.
• Experience working in control tower and field operations is advantageous.

• Proficiency in tracking and analyzing performance metrics.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce logistics, particularly in Middle Mile operations.

• Typical work setting includes office-based responsibilities with frequent travel to partner facilities across the Rajasthan cluster.
