Job Description
For Regional Head - MPCG & ROMG -
- Looking for incumbents with more than 15 years of prior experience working within Asset Management space and comes with a proven track record of mutual fund sales through Channel management (Banks & ND experience is a must)
- The incumbent shall be responsible for driving sales and increasing the market share in Rest of Maharashtra, Goa and the 9 sizable markets including Ahmednagar, Aurangabad, Pune, Nasik and also Madhya Pradesh with Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur & Gwalior and Chattisgarh with Raipur, Bhilai & Bilaspur.
- The role reports to the Co-Head for Retail sales.
- Compensation: Fixed: 35-40 lakhs and Variable Pay: 30-35%. ESOP policy is yet to be finalised.
- The role is based out of Pune.
