As an Applied AI Engineer, you'll drive development and innovation of advanced agentic systems. Your core responsibilities will include:

1. Pioneer in Conversation AI Agents.
2. Designing and implementing cutting-edge orchestration frameworks for multi-agent interactions.
3. Building, training, deploying, and continuously improving AI models that impact real-world user interactions.
4. Build continuously evolving evals and benchmarks to test the performance of Agentic Systems
5. Managing end-to-end AI operations, including rigorous evaluation, experimentation, and deployment.
6. Collaborating closely with our product and dev teams to push forward AI-driven interaction and multimodal capability.

Who You Are

We seek driven individuals who:

1. Take ownership instinctively—consistently delivering thoughtful, comprehensive solutions.
2. Bring at least 2 years of hands-on experience in applied AI, with specialization in NLP, neural networks, and foundational models.
3. Demonstrate strong practical knowledge of model training, finetuning, and evaluation processes (LLM Ops, Evals, WebRTC).
4. Exhibit a clear, analytical understanding of NLP principles, neural architectures, and their implementation.
5. Are naturally cracked, curious, proactive, and want to disrupt the behaviours of industry—constantly questioning existing methods and pushing boundaries.
6. Approach the GenAI craft with rigor and excellence.
