Job Description

Role: Fund Manager – Small & Mid Cap segment, responsible for managing and growing the portfolio with a focus on alpha generation
Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in equity fund management with a strong track record in small and mid-cap investing
Preferred Background: Candidates from Life Insurance companies, Asset Management Companies (AMCs), or Portfolio Management Services (PMS) setups
Key Responsibilities:
Manage small and mid-cap equity portfolios end-to-end
Drive investment strategy, stock selection, and portfolio construction
Conduct in-depth research and generate high-conviction investment ideas
Monitor market trends, sector developments, and portfolio performance
Work closely with research teams and internal stakeholders
Reporting To: Head of Equity – Avinash Agarwal
Compensation: Open and flexible, aligned with candidate’s experience and current structure
