Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing brand awareness and driving business growth. This role will collaborate closely with various departments to align marketing initiatives with the organization's objectives and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and business growth.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing initiatives across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create and manage engaging content for social media, website, blogs, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for creative design, branding, digital campaigns, and media planning.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to attract quality talent.
  • Plan and execute product launches, events, exhibitions, roadshows, and corporate branding activities.
  • Develop marketing presentations, brochures, corporate profiles, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
  • Track campaign performance, website traffic, lead generation metrics, and prepare periodic Management Information System (MIS) reports.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, HR, and Product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely execution of marketing deliverables.
  • Monitor marketing budgets and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
    • Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO/SEM.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing automation tools.
    • Excellent content writing and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
    • Vendor and agency management experience.
    • Event planning and execution skills.
    • Project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Must be fluent in English and have a basic understanding of marketing communications.
  • Experience in cross-collaboration with teams across creative, copywriting, social media, etc.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing.

Environment

  • Full-time onsite role located in the Bangalore office.

Salary

  • Estimated budget of 6 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum).
