As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. <ul> <li>Job Title: Head of Product Management and Technology</li> <li>Location: Bengaluru</li> <li>Reporting to: CEO</li> </ul> Overview:   We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Product and Technology. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our wealth tech platform, overseeing the product roadmap, and leading a talented team of product managers and engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership and a track record for creating exceptional user experiences.   Responsibilities:   <ul> <li>Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the product and technology strategy in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.</li> <li>Product Management: Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-centric features and enhancements to create intuitive and engaging experiences that delight our customers (MVP1 is already launched)</li> <li>Product Performance: Define and track key product metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and iterate on features to drive user engagement and retention.</li> <li>Technology Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team, driving innovation and best practices in software development.</li> <li>Roadmap Planning & Continuous Improvement: Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives. Iterate on products based on customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to continuously improve the user experience and drive business results.</li> <li>Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.</li> <li>User Experience: Champion a user-first approach, leveraging customer feedback and market insights to continuously improve the platform's usability and functionality.</li> <li>Team Management: Build and mentor a high-performing team of product managers and engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.</li> <li>Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical and product-related risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standard.</li> </ul>       Skills and Experiences:   <ul> <li>Entrepreneurial Mindset: Think and act like entrepreneurs. Comfort with ambiguity, risk-taking, and optimizing resources.</li> <li>Adaptability and Rapid Prototyping: We are pre-launch and would need the product leader to adapt to market response and evolving priorities. Experience with rapid prototyping and MVP (Minimum Viable Product) development to validate ideas and iterate based on feedback would be essential.</li> <li>User-Centric Approach: Experience building B2C solutions with user at the center </li> <li>Hypothesis and Data-Driven Decision Making: informed decisions and data driven prioritization process. Experience with data analysis tools and metrics tracking to measure product performance and iterate based on insights.</li> <li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience driving x-functional pods including product, engineering, design, marketing, ops.</li> </ul>   Qualifications:   <ul> <li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.</li> <li>10+ years of experience in product management and/or technology leadership roles, preferably in the fintech industry.</li> <li>Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products or platforms, ideally within the wealth management or financial services space.</li> <li>3+ years of experience leading product management pods </li> <li>Strong understanding of B2C markets, consumer behaviour, and product lifecycle management.</li> <li>Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, market research, and product metrics.</li> <li>⁠Experience with Agile development methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.</li> <li>Strong technical background with expertise in software development methodologies, architecture, and technologies.</li> <li>Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans and initiatives.</li> <li>Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a customer-centric approach to product development.</li> </ul>
