Java Full-Stack Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Java Full-Stack Developer with 7-9 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. The developer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that drive business solutions. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality software delivery aligned with the goals of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using Java and associated frameworks.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a strong focus on performance and quality.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions rapidly.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, suggesting and implementing improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and Hibernate.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with project management tools.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools (JUnit, Selenium, etc.).

Experience

• 7-9 years of relevant experience in Java full-stack development.

Environment

• The developer will work in a collaborative team environment located in Bengaluru. Remote work options may also be explored.
