<div>This is a unique opportunity to work with a high growth D2C startup to help shape our<br /> online sales and presence. You will have P&amp;L ownership of third-party marketplaces and<br /> to drive visibility &amp; sales growth. This includes exploring marketing opportunities,<br /> bringing efficiency to marketplaces, reviewing, managing, coordinating the shipments,<br /> market research and analysis.</div> <div><br /> Roles and Responsibilities:<br /> &bull; Responsible for P&amp;L of third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa,<br /> Healthkart etc.<br /> &bull; Forming JBP with respective marketplaces<br /> &bull; Exploring marketing opportunities on the various marketplaces to drive visibility &amp;<br /> sales growth.<br /> &bull; Ensuring efficient operations on 3rd party marketplaces, such as inventory updation,<br /> A+ Content, etc.<br /> &bull; Generating visibility reports Including revenues, account receivables &amp; order status per<br /> marketplace<br /> &bull; Business performance analysis: Consolidating sales report decomposed at granular<br /> level across channels.<br /> &bull; Dispute management and representing SETU in front of Marketplaces.<br /> &bull; Competition mapping<br /> &bull; Activation of fulfillment centers owned and operated by marketplaces - managing and<br /> coordinating the shipments.<br /> &bull; Market research and insights into new product development</div> <div><br /> Required Education, Experience and Skills:<br /> &bull; Minimum 5 years of work experience in Ecommerce space, Marketplaces.<br /> &bull; Candidate should be aware of the functioning of key portals- Amazon&#39;s Seller<br /> Central &amp; Vendor Central, as well as the seller panels of other marketplaces.<br /> &bull; Candidates should have proven track record in growing brands on Amazon.<br /> &bull; Customer analytics<br /> &bull; Negotiation Skills<br /> &bull; Soft Skills<br /> &bull; Vendor Management<br /> &bull; Customer Lifecycle Management<br /> &bull; Business &amp; Commercial acumen<br /> &bull; Good Communication Skills and Teamwork</div>
