Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives and target audience. Identify key marketing channels and tactics to effectively reach and engage customers, users and influencers

Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and events. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.

Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing efforts and materials. Develop and enforce brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity.

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Analyze market data and customer insights to identify opportunities for product positioning, messaging, and targeting.

Product Marketing: Collaborate with product, design and technology teams to develop effective product marketing strategies and messaging. Create product positioning, value propositions, and compelling marketing collateral to drive product awareness and adoption.

Marketing Communications: Create and manage marketing communications materials, including website content, blogs, white papers, case studies, sales presentations, and press releases. Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all communication channels.

Lead Generation and Conversion: Develop lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads for the sales team. Collaborate with sales teams to optimize lead conversion rates through effective nurturing campaigns, lead scoring, and marketing automation.

Event Planning and Management: Coordinate and participate in industry events, trade shows, conferences, and webinars to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and build industry relationships. Manage event logistics, including booth design, collateral production, and post-event follow-up.

Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively across different marketing initiatives. Monitor and control expenditures to ensure cost-effective marketing campaigns.
Key Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, as well as an MBA.

+5 years of experience in B2B marketing from product, software, tech companies operating in the financial and banking sector.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.

Knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Marketo, Zoho, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of tools like Canva, Figma, and other AI tools.
