You will own outcomes end to end, working closely with cross-functional partners to ship work that reaches real users. The team values clear thinking, direct communication and a bias toward shipping over polishing in private.

What we're looking for

• 12+ years of relevant experience, ideally within SaaS or an adjacent domain.
• Demonstrated strength in systems architecture, technical strategy, scale & reliability.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and setting your own priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
