Concept 2 (Launching FY26) – full-price multi-brand sneaker-focused omnichannel format Agilitas is rapidly scaling to become India’s leading sportswear group, combining world-class manufacturing with strong brand and retail presence. Role Overview You will run HOKA India’s digital communications and community program end to end. The brief covers three consumer personas — Committed Athlete, Elevated Achiever, and Everyday Traveler — each with its own channel mix, content slate, voice, and cadence. Content creation and community organizing are a single, integrated motion: the brand grows in feeds and on the ground, and you connect the two. Key Responsibilities • Build and run the channel mix per persona — Strava, Instagram (@hoka_india_run / @hoka_india), YouTube long-form, LinkedIn, endurance and business podcasts, lifestyle press, race expos, premium airport lounges, hotel concierge tie-ups. • Lead a content slate of quarterly athlete documentaries, terrain tests across Indian geographies, the Chamonix origin film cut for India, monthly founder profiles, engineering teardowns, monthly Travel Edit reels, and quarterly city films. • Hold cadence — weekly Strava challenges, monthly Trail Letter and HOKA Edit newsletters, monthly Travel Edit, bi-monthly engineering teardowns, four to six race partnerships per year. • Concept and deliver HOKA India’s signature community programmes: the Monsoon Mile, the Chamonix Embassy pop-up tour, the Founder Mile, the Hill Quartet, HOKA Trail Dispatches, and the First 1000 Club. • Run the HOKA India Run Club — coached sessions, beginner-to-ultra training plans, race entry support, and Strava plus WhatsApp community management. • Build relationships with athletes, coaches, founders, lifestyle creators, race organisers, festivals, and premium hospitality partners. • Own the launch calendar so every drop, campaign, and event signals same week as the world. Track community size, engagement, content pull-through, and DTC conversion. What you bring • 5–10 years in brand, marketing, or community roles. Sportswear industry background welcome but not required; consumer brands, premium hospitality, or media are equally relevant. • Non-negotiable: hands-on digital content creation. You write copy, brief and direct shoots, edit reels, run a creator pipeline, and ship without an agency standing in the way. • Non-negotiable: community and events organising. You have built a recurring programme from a blank sheet — race series, dawn-run group, founder community, festival activation, or equivalent. • Highly recommended: endurance sports experience and active personal participation. You run, cycle, hike, or train seriously enough to understand the consumer, not just the category. • Strong taste. You can tell when a Reel, a film, an event, or a founder profile is on-brand and when it is
