Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer to assist our clients with all aspects of technical support for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping customers succeed.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware, networking, and operating system-related queries of our global customers over the phone, which involves working in different time zones.
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues.
- Take calls from global customers and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
- Willing to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Exhibit excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of networking is a plus.
