Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies for senior-level positions.
• Proactively source candidates using advanced techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, market mapping).
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for executive and leadership roles across multiple business units.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify potential candidates and provide insights on competitor talent pools.
• Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and nurture relationships for future opportunities.
• Screen candidates for qualifications and cultural fit before presenting to recruiters/hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate data in ATS and CRM systems, ensuring compliance and reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with the employer branding team to promote leadership opportunities and enhance candidate experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and executive hiring best practices.
