Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies for senior-level positions.
- Proactively source candidates using advanced techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, market mapping).
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for executive and leadership roles across multiple business units.
- Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify potential candidates and provide insights on competitor talent pools.
- Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and nurture relationships for future opportunities.
- Screen candidates for qualifications and cultural fit before presenting to recruiters/hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate data in ATS and CRM systems, ensuring compliance and reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate with the employer branding team to promote leadership opportunities and enhance candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and executive hiring best practices.
