Job Summary

The Brand & Design Intern will contribute to the creation of various design assets, supporting the Brand Designer while gaining hands-on experience in a professional design environment. The intern will focus on enhancing their design skills within an existing framework, fostering growth and understanding of design principles.

Responsibilities

• Create event posters using DAUD's established two-slide carousel template.
• Develop story assets, WhatsApp creatives, and simple merchandise mockups.
• Maintain the asset library and ensure an organized file structure.
• Collaborate with the Brand Designer to refine design concepts and strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Figma, demonstrating an understanding of design tools and collaboration.
• Type sensibility, with an appreciation for typography and its impact on design.
• Portfolio required showcasing previous design work.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is a plus.
• Understanding of motion design or 3D rendering abilities would be beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with motion design or 3D and chrome rendering.
• Familiarity with additional design software or tools.

Experience

This position is suitable for candidates in the early stages of their design careers, such as students or recent graduates, with no prior professional experience required.

Environment

The internship is primarily remote, requiring a commitment of 18 hours per week. The position allows for flexibility while maintaining strong communication with the Brand Designer and the team.

Salary

Stipend of ₹7,000 per month.
