Job Description
Drive inbound conversion and outbound proactive calling campaigns targeting dairy and crop farmers across Karnataka and South India.
● Own CRM operations on LeadSquared — automated workflows, lead nurturing, pipeline tracking, and performance dashboards.
● Manage integrated outreach across voice, WhatsApp, and SMS using platforms like Exotel and Gupshup.
● Lead, roster, and performance-manage a team of on-site and remote telecallers and relationship managers.
● Design and deliver product and sales training for new customer relationship representatives — both on-site and remotely.
● Manage third-party telecalling agencies — briefing, quality monitoring, and SLA accountability.
● Maintain daily and weekly reporting on customer satisfaction, calls made, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
KPIs
● Monthly revenue from telecalling channels.
● Lead-to-sale conversion rate.
● Outbound campaign ROI.
● Team productivity per agent per day.
● Training ramp time for new joiners.
● Agency output versus SLA.
