<div>RESPONSIBILITIES</div>
<div>● Independently own and drive the performance marketing strategy across Google Ads,<br />
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other paid media platforms.<br />
● Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns for user acquisition, retention, and revenue<br />
growth.<br />
● Develop data-driven campaign structures that maximize performance and minimize<br />
cost per acquisition (CPA).<br />
● Collaborate with product, analytics, and design teams to enhance ad creatives and<br />
landing pages for higher conversion rates.<br />
● Implement A/B testing and continuously optimize targeting, bidding, and creatives.<br />
● Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPL, CAC,<br />
LTV, etc.).<br />
● Manage digital marketing budgets effectively and ensure spend efficiency.<br />
● Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in<br />
performance marketing.<br />
● Identify opportunities for new channels and growth experiments.<br />
● Note: This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role – you will independently drive<br />
execution, strategy, and optimization without managing a team.</div>
<div>QUALIFICATIONS</div>
<div>Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related<br />
field. Also,Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar will be an advantage.<br />
Experience:<br />
● 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing with a core focus on performance<br />
marketing.<br />
● Prior experience working in an online product-based company is mandatory.<br />
● Proven track record of scaling paid media campaigns profitably.<br />
● Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other digital ad<br />
platforms.<br />
● Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Appsflyer,<br />
etc.).<br />
● Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from campaign data.<br />
● Experience in managing multi-crore ad spends effectively.<br />
● Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration<br />
skills.</div>
