Job Description
<div>AI Ops & Automation Specialist<br />
● Location: Remote (India) | Work hours: 4-hour overlap with US EST<br />
● Comp: ₹7–9 LPA fixed + 10–15% variable<br />
What the role is<br />
Be the technical backbone for our workflows, digitization, and marketing operations. You’ll turn business briefs into working automations and stable systems. This is a technical, non-creative role that partners with a client/marketing teammate.</div>
<div>What you will do (in stages)<br />
1) Discover & Plan</div>
<div>● Review the brief (from client leadership or the Content/Creative Manager).<br />
● Map the flow: data sources, tools, owners, risks.<br />
● Propose a simple plan and timeline for approval.<br />
2) Build</div>
<div>● Automation & systems: Configure GoHighLevel or HubSpot/ActiveCampaign, Zapier/Make, and ClickUp (rules, forms, views, dashboards).<br />
● AI bots & assistants (low/no-code): Build practical bots that save time, e.g.:<br />
○ Website/WhatsApp/SMS auto-reply bots for lead qualification, routing, and FAQs (via GHL/Twilio + Make).<br />
○ Internal “brief-to-task” assistant (ChatGPT + ClickUp API) to draft task lists/SOP checklists.<br />
○ “Data clean-up” assistant to standardize fields, tag records, or flag duplicates.<br />
● Typical builds you’ll own:<br />
○ Dashboards in Looker Studio (lead flow, reply rate, meetings booked, SLA).<br />
○ Landing pages & funnels in GoHighLevel (forms, calendars, triggers, automations).<br />
○ CRM integrations & data pipes (HubSpot/GoHighLevel ↔ Google Sheets/BigQuery/Slack).<br />
○ Lead ops automations (enrichment, dedupe, scoring, assignment, follow-ups).<br />
○ ERP/ops workflows (e.g., process an Excel/CSV export, normalize it, push weekly insights to sales).</div>
<div>3) Operate & Integrate</div>
<div>● Run LinkedIn/email systems end-to-end (data → routing → booking → logging).<br />
● Connect apps via APIs/webhooks/JSON; keep CRM and sheets in sync.<br />
● Support non-marketing workflows too (e.g., ERP-to-sales reports, ops automations).<br />
4) Stabilize & Document</div>
<div>● Add alerts, retries, and test steps.<br />
● Keep short runbooks, checklists, and schema diagrams so others can run what you built.<br />
5) Scale with Specialists</div>
<div>● When scope grows, coordinate technical freelancers (other automators, integrators); define acceptance criteria and verify outputs.<br />
6) Explore & Improve</div>
<div>● Test new AI/automation tools, run small pilots, record results, and package any win as a reusable template.<br />
Must-haves<br />
● 3–5 years in delivery/marketing operations or automation (agency or B2B tech/services).<br />
● You’ve operated LinkedIn/email automation programs (e.g., Instantly, Expandi/HeyReach, Lemlist or similar).<br />
● Hands-on with GoHighLevel or HubSpot/ActiveCampaign, Zapier or Make, and ClickUp (or Jira/Asana with automation rules).<br />
● Comfort with APIs, webhooks, JSON (basic Postman).<br />
● One certification in Make, Zapier, n8n, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Marketo, or Klaviyo or a portfolio showing similar depth.<br />
● Clear written notes and tidy naming/versioning.<br />
Nice to have<br />
● Looker Studio/GA4 dashboards; basic SQL or Apps Script/Python utilities.<br />
● n8n or light JavaScript for custom steps.</div>
