<div>Job tile: Senior Veeva CRM Specialist - Implementation & Support</div>
<div>Responsibilities:<br />
· Collaborate with cross-functional business teams and IT teams to understand the<br />
end-to-end business processes and functional requirements<br />
· Perform impact analysis for new design or design change and provide estimates to complete<br />
design, build, unit test, demos, and deployment to environments<br />
· Create Technical Design Document from Functional Design Requirement<br />
· Develop and maintain documentations, as applicable<br />
· Implement and configure Veeva CRM as per Functional and Technical Design Documents<br />
· Manage and support releases. Communication with project stakeholders<br />
· Provide on-going support, enhancements and maintenance on Veeva CRM</div>
<div>Technical Experience:<br />
· Veeva CRM Implementation and Configuration Experience that includes Document Types,<br />
Objects, Object Lifecycles, Document Lifecycle, Workflows, apex codes<br />
· Manage and have hands on Experience on Integrations with CRM application<br />
· Hands on Experience in REST API, Loaders and Multichannel<br />
· Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards</div>
<div>· Application administrative experience<br />
· Veeva CRM Certification<br />
· (Optional) Experience with Veeva Align and Vault<br />
· (Optional) Salesforce CRM</div>
<div>Other experience (mandatory)<br />
· Experience of working on CRM projects for Life Sciences, Pharma or HealthCare IT<br />
· 5+ years of minimum relevant work experience on Veeva CRM<br />
Education:<br />
· Bachelor's degree, preferably engineering or science</div>
