Cumulatively the team has an experience of over 200+ man years in the domain of Fund Management, Securities Services, Commodities, Currencies and Exchanges.

Job Description: -

Designation: Associate Consultant

Department/Team: Fund Management and Fund Administration Consulting

Location: Mumbai

Role & Responsibility:

  • Advisory Services – Advising clients on operations efficiency, operations risk management, process reengineering and automation of process.
  • Fund Set up – Assisting in setting up of Asset Management company, selection of systems, selection of service providers, responding to regulator queries, System and process readiness, integration with service providers and new fund product documentation
  • Staff training – Creation of training modules and providing training to back-office staff.
  • Project Management – Managing projects such as new AMC set up, system setup, fund transition.

Qualifications:

  • Education:  Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: Minimum 8-12 year experience in Mutual Fund Investment middle or back office operations including fund accounting
  • Soft skills:  Excellent written and verbal communication, strong command over MS Office tools
  • Certifications: Preferable to have Capital Market certifications
