Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Head to lead brand storytelling, influencer strategy, and online reputation management across platforms. This role will drive content innovation, build strong digital communities, and shape brand perception through impactful communication and engagement strategies.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in content creation, influencer marketing, IP development, and ORM, with a strong understanding of audience behavior and digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Management

Lead end-to-end social media strategy across:


	Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
	YouTube
	LinkedIn


Drive platform-specific content and communication strategies
Build brand voice, tone, and positioning across channels

Content & IP Development

Conceptualize and build content IPs (Intellectual Properties) to drive long-term engagement
Create high-impact, engaging, and insight-driven content formats
Oversee creative direction, storytelling, and content calendars
Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all touchpoints

Influencer Marketing & Partnerships

Lead influencer strategy and collaborations
Identify, onboard, and manage influencers and content creators
Liaise with partners/platforms for content distribution and amplification
Drive reach, engagement, and follower growth through influencer programs

Online Reputation Management (ORM)

Lead ORM strategy including:


	Social listening
	Sentiment analysis


Monitor brand conversations and proactively manage reputation
Address negative sentiments through:

	Myth-busting content
	Positive storytelling and brand narratives


Build a positive brand outlook across platforms

Community Building & Engagement

Drive community engagement and audience interaction
Build and nurture brand communities across platforms
Leverage UGC (User Generated Content) to enhance authenticity and trust

Content Ecosystem Support

Support content creation for:


	Website
	WhatsApp communication
	Email marketing


Ensure integrated communication across all digital touchpoints

Stakeholder & Dealer Reputation Management

Build and maintain brand reputation with dealer networks
Address dealer-related concerns on social platforms
Ensure consistent communication and issue resolution

Team Leadership

Lead and manage a team including:


	Social Media Managers
	Influencer Managers
	ORM Managers


Drive performance, collaboration, and creative excellence

Key Requirements

7–10 years of experience in social media, content, and digital marketing
Proven experience in:

	Content strategy & creative storytelling
	Influencer marketing & partnerships
	ORM, social listening, and sentiment analysis


Strong experience in building and scaling content IPs
Expertise in Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn platforms
Experience in UGC, community building, and engagement strategies
Excellent communication, creative thinking, and writing skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with social listening tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Meltwater, Brandwatch)
Exposure to integrated marketing campaigns
Experience in managing large-scale communities and brand pages
