Ltd is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Warehouse Executive to manage and control inventory in our e-commerce fulfilment centre. The candidate will be responsible for accurate stock maintenance, smooth daily warehouse operations, and inventory reconciliation, ensuring seamless e-commerce order processing and stock availability.<br />  <br /> Key Responsibilities:<br /> Warehouse & Inventory Operations:<br /> •    Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods<br /> •    Maintain real-time inventory records in the WMS or e-commerce ERP system<br /> •    Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts; reconcile discrepancies<br /> •    Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and bin management<br /> •    Monitor SKU-wise stock levels and replenish stock as needed<br /> Coordination & Compliance:<br /> •    Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation partners for timely deliveries and pickups<br /> •    Collaborate with procurement, customer service, and dispatch teams to ensure inventory availability<br /> •    Track and manage returned/damaged goods and process them appropriately<br /> •    Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality standards in warehouse operations<br /> E-commerce Fulfilment Support:<br /> •    Ensure inventory readiness for timely order picking, packing, and dispatch<br /> •    Support order processing for platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.<br /> •    Handle SKU mapping, barcode tagging, and portal updates for product availability<br /> •    Prevent overselling, stockouts, or dispatch delays<br /> Reporting & Analysis:<br /> •    Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory movement and stock health<br /> •    Track fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory<br /> •    Identify and report shrinkage, pilferage, or process gaps<br />  <br /> Requirements:<br /> •    Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Supply Chain Management or relevant field preferred)<br /> •    2–4 years of experience in warehouse/inventory operations, preferably in e-commerce<br /> •    Proficient in MS Excel, ERP/WMS systems, and inventory software<br /> •    Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and return management processes<br /> •    Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills<br />  <br /> Preferred Skills:<br /> •    Experience with Amazon/Flipkart/Seller Central operations<br /> •    Knowledge of barcode systems, SKU handling, and inventory best practices<br /> •    Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multitasking effectively
