Intune Architect

Job Summary

The Intune Architect will leverage extensive experience in Microsoft Intune to manage and implement Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solutions. This role is crucial for ensuring effective migrations from other tools, as well as implementing and managing Intune's advanced analytics. The Intune Architect will contribute to the organization's cloud-based infrastructure, enhancing device and application management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Intune Enterprise Mobility Management (EPM) hands-on experience, including migrations from tools like CyberArk.
• Implement and manage Intune Advanced Analytics to derive insights from device usage and security compliance.
• Develop and enforce a Windows Autopilot Enterprise Level Roadmap.
• Oversee application migrations and enablement to ensure production readiness.
• Ensure comprehensive knowledge of security baselines for both devices and applications, focusing on control, identification, and vulnerability management.
• Conduct reviews of current SCCM setups and configurations to optimize performance and integration with Intune.
• Validate Azure Hybrid requirements and contribute to designing High-Level and Low-Level Design (HLD & LLD) documents.
• Analyze and implement GPO/Device Configuration policies via Intune, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Design, set up, and troubleshoot the Microsoft Windows Desktop OS deployment with Azure/Microsoft 365 utilizing Autopilot.
• Configure Autopilot settings in Intune, including device profiles and onboarding policies.
• Manage Windows 10/11 OS deployment and updates via Mobile Device Management.
• Define strategy and approach for Co-Management concerning user profiles and enablement.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, and Azure.
• Soft Skills: Problem-solving, analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications in Intune or Azure are preferred.
• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience: Significant experience (7+ years) in deployment, administration, and support of Intune solutions.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with MDM policies, security baselines, and device management strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other EMM tools and technologies.
• Basic understanding of firewall, network, and ports management.
• Experience in application packaging and lifecycle management.

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years in related fields, focusing on enterprise mobility solutions and desktop management.

Environment

• This position will operate in a hybrid work mode with potential for remote work flexibility. The primary locations include Bangalore, Pune, and Coimbatore, but may be open to candidates from other locations in India.
